Azerbaijan’s Academy of Public Administration, Party School of China’s CPC Central Committee ink MoU

The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.
The document was inked by Xie Chuntao, First Vice President of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Academician Urkhan Alakbarov, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Prior to the signing ceremony, a delegation led by Tahir Budagov, New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Deputy Chairman and Head of the Central Office, met with Xie Chuntao, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, First Vice President of the Party School, Minister, in Beijing.
The sides expressed confidence that the implementation of the provisions reflected in the memorandum will pave the way for significant achievements in the spheres of public administration, strategic planning and personnel training through the exchange of experience between the parties in areas of mutual interest.
During the meeting, the parties hailed the successful policy implemented by the two countries’ leaders in the advancement of Azerbaijan-China relations across all domains.
Furthermore, the New Azerbaijan Party delegation visited the Chinese Archaeological Museum.
The meeting with Vice President of the Academy of Social Sciences Zhao Rui, featured discussions on the integration of digitalization and artificial intelligence technologies into the scientific research process, the protection of historical heritage, the mutual exchange of scientific publications, the preparation of joint projects, as well as the establishment of direct contacts between scientists and researchers.
As part of the trip, the Azerbaijani delegation also visited the Confucius Temple.
