Young diplomats of Azerbaijan pay two-day visit to NATO Headquarters

Baku, May 13, AZERTAC

A group of young diplomats from various departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has begun a two-day visit to NATO Headquarters in Brussels and the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE).

During the visit to NATO Headquarters in Belgium, the young diplomats are participating in seminars organized by the Alliance. The sessions cover NATO’s current agenda, its partnership frameworks, practical cooperation with partner nations, public communications, and policies regarding energy security and resilience.

The delegation also visited the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) in Mons, Belgium. There, they took part in seminars focusing on SHAPE’s organizational structure, the Alliance’s ongoing operations, and its strategic role in maintaining international peace and security.

As part of the program, the diplomats are also scheduled to visit the Mission of the Republic of Azerbaijan to NATO.
