SOCAR’s Training, Education and Certification Department introduces its new brand identity

SOCAR’s Training, Education and Certification Department has introduced its new brand identity. The institution will continue its operations under the name the Caspian Training and Certification Center (CTCC).
The presentation ceremony was attended by representatives of state institutions, executives of partner companies operating in the industrial and energy sectors, as well as experts from various fields.
The event commenced with a presentation reflecting the Center’s activities, followed by the screening of a video presentation.
Within the framework of the event, specially organized stands provided guests with detailed information on CTCC’s areas of activity, internationally standardized training programs, certification opportunities, as well as its technical and practical training infrastructure. Participants were also introduced to the Center’s training programs implemented in the fields of occupational health and safety, industrial safety, professional development, and technical skills enhancement.
The event continued with a panel discussion dedicated to the topic of synergy in training and development among state institutions and companies operating in the industrial and energy sectors.
Within the panel, speeches were delivered by Ismayil Nasirov, Deputy Head of the State Agency for Safe Work in Industry and Mining Supervision under the Ministry of Emergency Situations; Orkhan Khalilzade, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association; Bora Engin, Operations Technology Manager at SOCAR Downstream LLC; Zaur Malikov, Sangachal Terminal Operations Manager at bp Azerbaijan; and Fuad Suleymanov, Head of SOCAR’s Caspian Training and Certification Center.
The discussions focused on human capital development, the application of international best practices, modern approaches to training and certification, as well as the strategic importance of developing qualified personnel for the energy sector.
