Memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev honored in Brazil

The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Brazil hosted an event dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev.
Prior to the event, the embassy staff laid flowers in front of the bust of the National Leader at the embassy's administrative building, paying tribute to his cherished memory.
Addressing the event, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Brazil Rashad Novruz highlighted the life and activities of the National Leader, his contributions to strengthening the country's independence and his unparalleled services to the progress and welfare of the state and people of Azerbaijan.
The diplomat emphasized that the visionary and wise strategy set by National Leader Heydar Aliyev is being successfully continued today under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.
Highlighting the remarks made by President Ilham Aliyev during his meetings held in Zangilan on May 10, the ambassador said it is vital that the younger generations of Azerbaijan deeply study and embrace these ideas.
