Azerbaijan’s Victory Day celebrated in Indonesia

An event dedicated to November 8 — Victory Day, was organized at the Yunus Emre Institute in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Organized by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Indonesia, the event brought together diplomats, representatives of state and public organizations, media representatives, and members of the Azerbaijani community in Indonesia. The ceremony began with the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Indonesia, followed by the screening of a video dedicated to Victory Day.
Director of the Yunus Emre Institute, Cemal Şahin, congratulated the Azerbaijani people on the occasion of this historic day and conveyed his best wishes.
Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Indonesia, Ramil Rzayev, noted that November 8 marks one of the most glorious pages in Azerbaijan’s modern history.
The event also featured performances of Azerbaijani folk songs by Indonesian students of the Yunus Emre Institute. Participants also viewed a photo exhibition dedicated to Victory Day, which reflected the heroism and resilience of the Azerbaijani people.
