AZERI ATHLETE CLAIMS GOLD MEDAL IN INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT

Azeri athlete Aslan Damirov grabbed gold medal and cup in the international “Yalta Matches” backgammon tournament held in Ukraine.

In the final game, he defeated Armenian rival A. Markarov 6-3.

He was a membership of Moscow team as a captain. The Moscow team ranked first.
