Bodies of Azeri servicemen killed by Armenians handed over to Azerbaijani side
Baku, November 7 (AZERTAC). In accordance with the October 27, 2010 statement of the Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian presidents on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and, at the same time, as a result of talks the Azerbaijan`s State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons had been conducting with international organizations, bodies of Azerbaijani servicemen - Mubariz Ibrahimov and Farid Ahmadov, who were killed while repulsing attacks of the Armenian forces in Azerbaijan`s Tartar region on June 18, 2010 and September 4, 2010 respectively - were handed over to the Azerbaijani side on November 6, 2010.
The body of Armenian national Gavrusha Arustamian, 86, a resident of Magadis village of Agdara region was handed over to the opposite side.
The operation took place with participation of employees of the Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons and Ministry of Defense.
The operation, which took place under the auspices of the International Committee of the Red Cross, saw no incidents.
