The Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on April 15-16 together with the Council of Europe held training on the topic of “Implementation of the rules of ethical conduct” in Baku.

The event brought together heads and employees of personnel departments of state bodies.

An expert of the Council of Europe, at the event, responded to the questions on the essence and main principles of the policy of ethical conduct, applying the rules of ethical conduct, ways of solution of dilemmas of ethical conduct and other isses.

In the second day of the training, employees of personnel departments of state bodies exchanged views and experience on civil employees’ observing the rules of ethical behaviour while performing their duties.
