CNN Arabic TV channel highlights Azerbaijan’s city of Sheki

The influential “CNN Arabic” TV channel has aired a report highlighting Azerbaijan’s city of Sheki.
A report by journalist Kasem Hato, who has visited 70 countries, said that historic centre of Sheki, designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2019, is located at the crossroads of the ancient Silk Road.
Sharing his impressions on his YouTube channel, Hato noted that he fell in love with the beautiful nature of the city. He also hailed the delicious local cuisine, as he travelled the city buying some iconic souvenirs and traditional headwear from the local shop.
The author emphasized that with its cobblestone streets and medieval buildings, Sheki is recognized as one of the gorgeous cities of Azerbaijan, where tourists can also enjoy the must-visit destination - the Sheki Khan’s Palace.
