Senior adviser of the Azerbaijan Ombudsman Office Zaur Aliyev has taken part in the annual international conference of the Russian Association of International Law

In this conference lead in Moscow on the topic ‘Actual problems of modern international law, reform of the United Nations and human rights’, took part representatives of the USA, the Russian Federation, France, the Great Britain, Austria and other countries.

At the conference, Z. Aliyev delivered a lecture on the topic ‘Jurisdiction of the European Court on Human Rights and the National Law of the Azerbaijan Republic’.

He gave to participants of Conference a disk with the statement of the Azerbaijan Ombudsman in connection with Khojaly genocide and other acts of terrorism made by the Armenian nationalists against Azerbaijan, and also a map reflecting consequences of the Armenian aggression, and a documentary film ’the Armenian terror’.

Zaur Aliyev also has met with the head of the Council of Europe Representation in the Russian Federation N. Topornin.
