DOCUMENT EXPOSING POLICY OF ETHNIC CLEANING OF ARMENIA PREPARED
During the current session, the number of the deputies who have signed this document has considerably increased.
In the mentioned document, on the concrete facts are specified the historical stages of policy of ethnic cleaning consistently pursued by Armenia against Azerbaijanis, and is underlined, that Armenia constantly carried out it as a state policy.
In the document it is stated: “In the first item of the Resolution number 1416 adopted by Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on January 25, 2005, particularly is underlined, that Armenia-aggressor conducts ethnic cleanings against Azerbaijan. This state-aggressor the major goal of which is creation “great Armenia from the sea up to the sea”, and the Armenian lobby patronizing it today is a serious threat not only for Azerbaijan, but also a lot of other countries of the world”.
According to the rules a adopted in the Council of Europe, after consideration in the PACE Bureau, this document can be considered in corresponding committee, and also in Monitoring Committee and in the committee on legal affairs and human rights. The problems, which are covered with the document, enter into competence of discussions of these three committees.
Deputies from France, Italy, Romania, Turkey and other countries have signed the document. The document is published, widespread and placed on the Internet-site of the Council of Europe.
