Emerson Royal Champions League injury blows Milan exit in January

Baku, January 24, AZERTAC
Emerson Royal’s injury during Milan’s Champions League victory over Girona on Wednesday night is expected to rule out the possibility of a move away from San Siro in January according to the latest updates, according to Football Italia.
The Brazilian was named as a starter for the 1-0 victory over Girona in San Siro last night, but was forced off just a few minutes in after picking up an injury two minutes after the first whistle.
According to reports from Matteo Moretto, the injury is expected to keep the 26-year-old out of action for around two months. Milan have not yet provided an official statement on the injury diagnosis.
