I congratulate most cordially you and people of the friendly Kirgistan on the national day of the Republic of Kisgistan - The Independence Day.

For recent years, Kirgistan has achieved good results in development of national statehood, political and economic reforms in the country.

I am confident that historically traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kirgistan, two independent states today, will be developing and expanding according to the will of our nations.
