INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE KICKS OFF IN BAKU
International scientific-practical conference on the “Role and importance of control in increasing transparency and fighting corruption” started in Baku.
The purpose of the Conference is to support implementation of the “National Strategy for increasing transparency and combating corruption (2007-2011).”
Representatives from more than 10 countries and international organizations are attending the event organized by the Azerbaijan Union of Economists and Chamber of Auditors.
Addressing the Conference was Chairman of the Commission on Combating Corruption under the State Council on Management of the Civil Service, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev.
