JUVENILE QUESTIONS OF JUSTICE DISCUSSED
Ms. Suleymanova has told about the work done in the country in the field of realization of human rights, including the child. She informed about discussion in the country of the questions of juvenile justice, has emphasized importance of reflection of the said problem in the national legislation, carrying out of educational work. Also has been marked the realization together with representation of UNICEF in Azerbaijan of the project on studying the rights of the child.
Ombudsperson of Azerbaijan has emphasized importance of the increase of attention to especially requiring children - invalids suffering by heavy diseases, and also to children, deprived of parental care, growing in incomplete families.
Having emphasized necessity of the increase of efficiency of social service for Azerbaijan, the visitor has noted importance of transfer of the children, brought up in children's homes, to families, wide application of the mentioned practice in foreign countries, informed that would prepare a report on juvenile justice in Azerbaijan.
