Moroccan embassy in Azerbaijan celebrates Feast of the Throne Day
Baku, August 2 (AZERTAC). The embassy of Morocco in Azerbaijan organized Monday an official reception to mark the country`s public holiday - the Feast of the Throne Day.
Opening the event, Ambassador Hassan Hami briefed participants on the history of the Feast of the Throne Day.
He also highlighted the country`s political and economic achievements.
The diplomat praised relations between Azerbaijan and Morocco.
Attending the event, Azerbaijan`s Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Huseyngulu Bagirov congratulated the Moroccan people on behalf of President Ilham Aliyev.
The Minister said development of friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would always serve the prosperity of the two countries` peoples.
Azerbaijani state and government officials, MPs, ambassadors of foreign countries in Baku and public representatives were present at the event.
