‘NEXT NABUCCO SUMMIT TO BE HELD IN PRAGUE’

The next energy summit on the Nabucco project is planned to be held in Prague on March 16-18, Azeri Minister of Energy and Industry Natig Aliyev said.

According to him, the summit is expected to bring together heads of Nabucco countries among other participants.

Aliyev noted the event would focus on the project`s technical and legal issues.

The Minister also underlined that the project estimated to cost € 8 billion would create links among several regions of the world. The pipeline`s length will be 3300 km, and it will transport 26-32 billion cubic meters of gas per annum, he added.
