“No irregularities in voting process”, Yanus Raxon
Gakh, November 8 (AZERTAC). Member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) from Poland Yanus Raxon has observed voting process in number 7 and 112 election precincts in the Gaqkh constituency.
“I am for the first time in Azerbaijan and deeply impressed by what I have seen. So far, I have observed the voting process in the precincts number 1, 2, 3 and 4, as well as in the Gakh-Ingiloy village (14, 15, 16 and 17 precincts). Being frankly, I have not seen any violation of law. Voting is going at high level. The precincts have been equipped with web-cameras. These are very true elections.”
