OMBUDSMAN OF AZERBAIJAN MEETS WITH JUVENILE JUDGE OF GERMANY
Ombudsperson of Azerbaijan has noted, that in the first days of the activity has appointed the special adviser on the rights of the child, has adjusted fruitful cooperation in the given sphere with the state bodies, civil society, the nongovernmental organizations, youth groups. She has informed on activity of the Resource Center on the rights of the child created in the Ombudsman Office according to the new program of UNICEF on the country in 2005-2009.
Highly having estimated creation at the Ombudsman Office of the Resource Center on the rights of the child, H. Dierk has expressed hope, that further the Center would play great role in protection of the rights of the child and in the field of education.
The visitor also has noted, that in Azerbaijan are already taken first steps in creation of system of juvenile justice which development depends on many factors, mainly, from financial opportunities.
The Ombudsperson has made some offers concerning development of the system of juvenile justices.
H. Dierk highly has estimated offers of the representative on human rights, has expressed hope for fruitful mutual cooperation in the field of human rights.
