OTS Council of Elders Chairman visits Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Kars

On April 22, Binali Yıldırım, Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), visited the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Kars, Türkiye.
Binali Yıldırım was accompanied by Hasan Hasanov, member of the OTS Council of Elders, Halil Akıncı, former OTS Secretary General, Ziya Polat, Kars Governor, and other officials.
During the visit, Binali Yıldırım met with Zamin Aliyev, Consul General of Azerbaijan, in Kars.
Binali Yıldırım delivered a speech in the Turkish province of Ardahan.
Noting that the voice of the OTS is heard far beyond the region, Binali Yıldırım added: “The OTS contributes to peace and prosperity throughout the world.”
