PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES MITTAL STEEL’S OWNER LAKSHMI MITTAL
Having thanked President Ilham Aliyev for finding time to receive him, Mr. Lakshni Mittal said he was very pleased with the opportunity to meet the Azerbaijani leader, and to congratulate him and the people of his country on the Revival Day.
President Ilham Aliyev noted that he knew Mr. Lakshni Mittal as the world’s famous businessman, and expressed satisfaction at his first visit to Azerbaijan.
Mr. Lakshni Mittal expressed a desire for his company to be involved in various fields of the Azerbaijan’s economy.
The Head of State welcomed the offer describing the intention of such leading company as Mittal Steel to operate in Azerbaijan as an evidence of existing stability and favorable investment environment in the country.
