PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES RENOWNED ARCHITECT ZAHA HADID
President Ilham Aliyev has received at the Presidential Palace Zaha Hadid, a world-renowned architect arrived in Azerbaijan to lead a project of building Heydar Aliyev Center, whose foundation stone was laid earlier today in Baku.
The President described the construction of the Center as very important event for the state and people of Azerbaijan. “The Center to be built in accordance with modern international standards will not only serve the people of Azerbaijan but will also be a source of more detailed information about Azerbaijan for numerous visitors to the country.
The Azerbaijani President highly praised Mrs. Zaha Hadid ‘s work on the project.
Mrs. Hadid expressed satisfaction with coming to and working in Azerbaijan.
She presented President Ilham Aliyev with her own book.
