PRESIDENT OF LITHUANIA AND HIS SPOUSE VISIT HEYDAR ALIYEV FOUNDATION
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO Good Will Ambassador, Milli Majlis deputy Mehriban Aliyeva warmly greeted the head of Lithuanian State and his spouse.
The Lithuanian President and his wife familiarized themselves with the photographs and objects reflecting national leader Heydar Aliyev’s life.
Valdas Adamkus was informed of the Foundation’s objectives. Then, President Ilham Aliyev used historical photographs to update his Lithuanian counterpart on national leader Heydar Aliyev’s activity.
After familiarizing with the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, President of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus signed the guest book.
President of the Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva presented the gift to the guest and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev presented the album of the photographs showing the meetings held during his visit to Azerbaijan.
