Dear Mr. President,

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to You for Your particular attention and concern about us.

As a result of the unprecedented hurricane begun with extremely hot wind on March 5, 2004, in a split second, our houses caught fire one after another. Thanks to Your urgent instructions, the fire was extinguished with the help of the fire-brigades arrived from the adjacent regions, and the rest of houses were saved.

Now, due to Your attention and concern, we are provided with financial and moral aid.

Please, accept once again our gratefulness, and best wishes for Your good health, long life, and new successes in Your purposeful activity for further development of our Republic.
