PRESIDENT RECEIVES HUNGARIAN FOREIGN MINISTRY’S POLITICAL STATE SECRETARY
The Azerbaijani leader said his country attached importance to development of bilateral relations with Hungary, and described the opening of Azerbaijani Embassy in Budapest as a good evidence of this.
The President pointed out the necessity to further enhance the Azerbaijan-Hungary cooperation in political, economic, cultural and other fields.
He expressed confidence that this visit would foster development of the bilateral relationship.
Recalling his collaboration with Mr. Barsony in the Council of Europe President Ilham Aliyev emphasized that the pursued policy of integration into Europe is of great significance to Azerbaijan.
Mr. Andras Barsony expressed his country’s desire to expand and deepen bilateral relationship with Azerbaijan, and described his delegation’s visit as an important step in this direction.
He noted that the opening of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Budapest paves the way for enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
Mr. Barsony reminded of the seminar gathered the two countries’ businessmen in Budapest, adding the next one would be held in 2006 in Baku.
