Role of labour inspectorates discussed in Baku
Baku, November 18 (AZERTAC). The 3rd Regional Alliance of Labour Inspectorates (RALI) Conference “The role of Labour Inspectorates in the National OSH system” has started here today to dicsuss Azerbaijan`s RALI chairmanship.
The opening ceremony was addressed by Azerbaijan Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Fuzuli Alakbarov, the president of International Association of Labour Inspection (IALI) Ms. Mishel Patterson and others.
The two-day conference will feature discussions on how to ensure healthy and safe working conditions, protect workers` labour rights and promote active role of social partners.
The conference is co-organized by Azerbaijan Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, International Assosiation of Labour Inspection (IALI) and International Labour Organization.
