SCHOOL PUT INTO OPERATION IN AGJABADI
Under the Social Investments Initiative Program /BST/ of US CHF international organization, the secondary school has been restored in Hajibadalli village of Agjabadi region. The school’s opening ceremony was attended by head of the delegation of US International Development Agency for Europe and Eurasia Brock Bierman, representatives of Counterpart International society, head of humanitarian assistance program for Caucasus Sergey Khomichenko, head of Merchi Jzhorpa organization for Azerbaijan William Helbrick, head of CHF for Azerbaijan Beverli Guber and other officials. In his speech, Mr. Guver stated that Social Investments Initiative Program is financed by US International Development Agency. Organization operating on technical-economic and humanitarian assistance program carries out its activity in Azerbaijan over six years. Dozen of projects have been implemented for this period. Deputy head of Agjabadi region Abulfat Tapdigov, head of education department Garakhan Jafarov, head of school Huseyn Safarov and others expressed their gratitude to the representatives of US International Development Agency for repair-restoration works and equipment.
