Two day seminar for the police officers organized by Council of Europe Directorate General of Human Rights and Ministry of Inferior Affairs of Azerbaijan began at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, on December 12.

At the seminar conducting within the framework of Police and Human Rights Program of the Council of Europe, members of Azeri delegation attended the trainings in Germany and Spain told on experience of the police in these countries. They noted that culture of meetings and rallies were conducting on the high level in these countries.

Touching on the subject ‘Protection of rights in the democratic countries’, foreign specialists dwelt on structure, experience of police in Spain and Germany, annual trainings and role of police in protection of rights of freedom of assembly.
