SEVEN EMPLOYEES OF COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRY TO STUDY IN ODESSA
Opening the meeting, Minister Nadir Ahmadov said Azerbaijan President’s recommendations concerning training of highly skilled communications personnel are being steadily followed. Of course, it was not even worth thinking about that in early 90’s of the last century, when under conditions of chaos, anarchy and threat of civil war prevailing in the country, the people’s needed only to feed their families and ensure their safety. After President Heydar Aliyev return to power and stability was established in the country, along with existing problems, those of youth education, training of highly qualified personnel were in the center of attention. These young people will be educated in Odessa at the full expense of the Ministry of Communications.
Both the Minister and other speakers wished the students every success in study and expressed confidence they would represent Azerbaijan in the friendly Ukraine in a worthy manner.
On behalf of the students, Goychek Nagiyeva and Mahir Aliyev thanked the Ministry for care and confidence, and promised to suitably represent the country abroad.
