SHAHDENIZ GAS AND CONDENSATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT 94% COMPLETE

The ShahDeniz gas and condensate development project has continued according to schedule since the beginning of 2006, BP Azerbaijan said.

Stage 1 construction is currently 94% complete overall.

Since the beginning of this year the project has spent $300 million of the $865 million planned 2006 capital expenditure budget.
