SOCAR, ExxonMobil Corporation ink Memorandum of Understanding

Baku, June 2, AZERTAC

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and ExxonMobil Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the sidelines of Baku Energy Week.

The document was inked by Rovshan Najaf, President of SOCAR, and John Ardil, Vice President of ExxonMobil Corporation.

The MoU envisages joint cooperation in Azerbaijan’s oil and gas sector.
