STATE SOCIAL PROTECTION FUND’S RECEIPTS UP BY 20 PERCENT
Despite a four-percent reduction of insurance payment rate, the receipts from compulsory state social insurance payments picked up by 12,7 percent to 314,5 million manats, of which, non-budgetary organizations claimed 64,2 percent or 201,8 million manats.
The amount of receipts allowed subsidizing all pensions and benefits timely. Thus, the financing all over the country ended until 23 December. The receipts from compulsory state social insurance with 29-percent payment rate increased from 15,4 million manats in late 2002 to 26,2 million manats in 2005 with 25-percent payment rate.
Fund’s expenditures totaled 497 million manats in 2005, thus, going up by 19,4 percent as compared with 2004. 95,4 percent or 474,2 million manats of all expenditures were spent on pensions and benefits.
