Uzbek delegation tours DOST Centers in Baku

A delegation of Uzbekistan, including members of the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of Uzbekistan, visited the Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision (DOST) under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and toured DOST Centers No. 1 and 4, as well as the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity.
While familiarizing themselves with the operations of DOST Center No. 1, the delegation was briefed on the center’s activities and the “Volunteer DOST” program.
At the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity, the visitors viewed creative masterclasses involving volunteers and beneficiaries of the center.
At DOST Center No. 4, the Uzbek officials visited the DOST TV studio and were informed about the agency’s media and communication activities.
The two-day visit included bilateral meetings with representatives of various departments of the DOST Agency, as well as adaptation training sessions for volunteers.
The meetings also addressed expertise-sharing and prospects for future cooperation.
