Beginning from the second half of the passed century, Your name is in the world policy. You are one of the eminent personalities who reached the political Olympic of the newest history.
Your efforts for rise and progress of the Turkic world, cohesion and development of the Turkic states are expression of the fundamental principles of Your great mission before the history.
Your heart is always with Azerbaijan. Your support for state independence of Azerbaijan and strengthening of the Azerbaijani-Turkish friendship, Your contributions in versatile development of cooperation between our countries, in acquisition of strategic partnership and alliance in our interstate relations, are irreplaceable.
Since we have gained independence, Your unchangeable position for peaceful settlement of our most painful problem – the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorny Karabakh conflict, for preservation of territorial integrity, Your consecutive activity will gratefully be remembered by our people.
Today we are already realizing the legend thanks to Your joint struggle, courage, resoluteness and selflessness to overcome the impediments , together with our national leader Heydar Aliyev you have demonstrated for realization of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Main Export Pipeline construction of which is in the last phase and which is considered one of the most perspective economic projects of the world.
For long years, close friendly and fraternal relations have connected my father Heydar Aliyev and You. These relations are vivid example that embodies strength and might of true friendship, very valuable for us, for our family.
