Azerbaijan's Imamaddin Khalilov honoured as world`s best Para-taekwondo fighter

Azerbaijan’s Imamaddin Khalilov has been recognized as the world’s best male Para-taekwondo fighter of 2024 by Mundo Taekwondo. The Azerbaijani champion secured the title through a social media poll on mundotaekwondo.com, winning with a majority of votes.
Khalilov dominated all competitions in 2024, clinching Paralympic, world, and European championships. He currently leads the world rankings and has also been named the best male Para-taekwondo fighter by the World Taekwondo Federation (WT).
