Azerbaijan, Cambodia ink MoU on implementation of “ASAN Khidmet” concept

The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Cambodian Ministry of Post and Telecommunications signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) envisaging the implementation of the “ASAN Khidmet” concept in Cambodia.
The document was signed as part of the visit of the Azerbaijani delegation led by the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Cambodia.
Vongsey Vissoth, Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia, attended the signing ceremony.
As part of the trip, the Azerbaijani delegation met with the Cambodian Minister of Post and Telecommunications.
During the meeting, the sides agreed to set up the working group dealing with the implementation of the MoU.
The Azerbaijani delegation also held discussions with the representatives of the UN’s Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), as well as Kyrgyzstan and Philippines, exploring collaboration and sharing the “ASAN Khidmet” concept.
