Azerbaijan, Hungary explore prospects of economic cooperation

Mikayil Jabbarov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy met Tuesday with Gellert Jászai, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary for the Development of International Business Relations and Chairman of 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Plc.
They hailed the successful development of Azerbaijani-Hungarian trade and economic relations, especially cooperation in the energy sector.
The meeting also addressed the importance of mutually beneficial partnership, future prospects of cooperation and favorable business environment in Azerbaijan.
Chairman of the Company Gellert Jászai stated that 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Plc. is interested in investing in the developing ecosystem of Azerbaijan.
They also touched upon expanding cooperation in trade, investment, transportation and transit, as well as exploring opportunities for joint ventures in industrial zones and advancing technology transfer initiatives.
4iG Group is a leading Hungarian information technology and telecommunications company, active in IT services, telecommunications, satellite technologies, and the space industry.
