AZERBAIJAN OPENS ITS EMBASSY IN PRAGUE
Embassy of Azerbaijan to the Czech Republic was opened in Prague 15 August.
Czech government officials and representatives of Azerbaijan community living here attended the opening ceremony.
Amb. Tahir Tagizade greeted the guests and highlighted on the achievements the Republic of Azerbaijan gained during the independent years, the country’s role in the international relations system, priorities of its foreign policy and the close and efficient cooperation between the two countries.
Speaking at the ceremony, the first vice minister for foreign affairs of the Czech Republic Tomas Boyar said Azerbaijan is of special importance for his country and he is pleased with opening of the Azerbaijani embassy here.
