Azerbaijan participates in East Mediterranean International Travel and Tourism Exhibition in Istanbul
Baku, February 11 (AZERTAC). The East Mediterranean International Travel and Tourism Exhibition, “EMITT 2011” started Thursday in Istanbul.
The event gathered tourism companies from 60 countries, as well as the representatives from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan, “Baku tour”, “Days Hotel Baku”, “Millennium Tourism and Congress DMC” travel agencies.
The tourism strengths and potential of Azerbaijan are showcased in the event.
Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Artogrul Gunay underlined the significant role of tourism in strengthening peace and cooperation among nations.
The exhibition will last till February 15.
