Azerbaijan, Spain discuss prospects for energy cooperation
Baku, November 29 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Energy Natig Abbasov has met a delegation led by former Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos to discuss prospects for energy cooperation between the two countries.
Abbasov said Azerbaijan attached great importance to bilateral relations with Spain. The Deputy Minister said the Azerbaijan-Spain relationship would continue to develop successfully.
Abbasov also stressed the necessity of defining new cooperation areas for development of bilateral ties between the two countries.
He highlighted Azerbaijan`s achievements in the fields of oil and gas, as well as transnational projects implemented in the country.
Miguel Angel Moratinos stressed the importance of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Spain in the fields of politics and economy.
