Azerbaijan, Turkiye discuss prospects for expanding defense industry cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defense Industry Madat Guliyev has met with President of Turkiye’s Defense Industry Agency Ismail Demir on the sidelines of the “Saha Expo-2022” Defense and Aerospace Exhibition.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the current state of development and prospects for further enhancement of cooperation, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
Minister Madat Guliyev will also meet with a number of Turkish state and governmental officials, as well as foreign representatives taking part at the exhibition.
Taking place from October 25 to 28, at the Istanbul Expo Center, the exhibition brings together nearly 1000 local and foreign companies from over 25 countries.
