Azerbaijan University of Languages hosts TEMPUS Coordination meeting

Baku, November 23 (AZERTAC). The Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) has hosted a Coordination meeting as part of the TEMPUS program.

The meeting, which is part of “Reforms in teaching interpretation and translation in Azerbaijan” project, brought together professors at universities of Milan, Hacettepe, Essex and Strasbourg. project “

Speaking at the event, AUL`s director for foreign students` affairs, Jale Garibova, drew attention to the discussions on the project governance.

Head of the AUL`s translation department, Vilayat Hajiyev, highlighted his visits to the universities of Strasbourg and Hacettepe. He said the Azerbaijan University of Languages benefited from the experience of Strasbourg and Hacettepe universities in carrying out reforms in the AUL`s translation department.
