“Azerbaijani community of Saint Petersburg” organization established
Baku, September 26 (AZERTAC). “The Azerbaijani community of Saint Petersburg” organization was set up in the constituent assembly of National-Cultural Autonomy of Azerbaijanis of St. Petersburg on September 24.
The event was attended by scientists, public figures, businessmen of Azerbaijani background as well as Azerbaijan`s and St. Petersburg`s officials.
The aim of the organization is to band together Azerbaijanis living both in Azerbaijan and St. Petersburg, to strengthen friendship between Azerbaijan and Russia.
