Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler wins gold in Tehran

Tehran, January 24 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler Azad Aliyev has claimed gold at the 34th Yadigar Imam Cup international tournament in Tehran, Iran.

He secured a champion`s title after throwing off Georgian Marat Abuladze in the final.

Along with Azerbaijan, wrestlers from Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Japan, Georgia, Hungary, Sweden, and Armenia are competing in the tournament.
