Azerbaijan’s State Oil Fund plans to increase gold reserves to 170 tons

Baku, March 6, AZERTAC

The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) plans to increase its gold reserves to 170 tons by April-May 2025.

As of last year, SOFAZ held 146.6 tons of gold, valued at $12.4 billion. The price of gold saw a 27.22% increase in 2024.
