AZERI FOOTBALL EXPERTS VISIT ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE CLUBS
Azerbaijani delegation of football experts visited English Premier Leagues` 4 clubs within International Sport Inspiration Program, said Azerbaijan Ministry of Youth and Sport.
The aim of the visit is to provide development of children`s football.
The Azeri experts visited Blackburn Rovers, Everton, Liverpool and Manchester United FCs and familiarized themselves with date of establishment of children`s football academy, working structure, profession of coach and development and education programs.
According to the agreement with officials of Premier League and UK Sport, an expert will be sent to Azerbaijan to assist the development of children`s football.
International Inspiration Program is the UK Government international legacy program for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and inspires children and young people across the world to choose and participate in sport.
The program is currently being piloted in five countries: Azerbaijan, Brazil, India, Palau and Zambia.
