AZERI MP TO LEAVE FOR GERMANY AS COE COMMITTEE DELEGATION MEMBER
Head of the Milli Majlis Apparat’s Department for state building related legislation Latif Huseynov will be visiting Germany from 18 November to 2 December as member of a delegation of the Council of Europe Anti-torture Committee. The goal of the visit is to find out whether the conditions of detainees and prisoners in Germany meet European standards. After the monitoring is conducted, the experts will prepare a final report.
