Baku hosts Azerbaijan-Austria business forum
Baku, December 5 (AZERTAC). An Azerbaijan-Austria business forum has been held in Baku on the sidelines of the 19th BakuTel 2013 - International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition.
The event was organized by the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO), the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and Austrian Embassy in Azerbaijan.
Head of AZPROMO Rufat Mammadov highlighted Azerbaijan`s increasing economic potential over the last 20 years.
Vice-President of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber Richard Schenz said Azerbaijan was a reliable partner for Austria.
He also recalled holding the 1st Azerbaijan-Austria business forum with the participation of the Presidents of both countries.
Department Head at the AZPROMO Natig Madatov invited Austrian businessmen to put investment to non-oil sector, as well as ICT, construction, tourism, ecological spheres of Azerbaijan.
The event also featured the demonstration of videos on “Azerbaijan-Land of Fire”, and “Wonderful Austria”.
