Baku hosts ICAO EUR/NAT Environmental Workshop

The Environmental Workshop of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) for Europe and the North Atlantic (EUR/NAT) has commenced in Baku.
The event focuses on ICAO’s environmental strategy, states’ action plans for reducing emissions, and the latest innovations in this field.
The workshop serves as a platform for states and other stakeholders to exchange experience in implementing ICAO’s long-term environmental protection objectives.
The three-day event will also cover ICAO's carbon offsetting and reduction schemes for international aviation, sustainable aviation fuel strategies, and other pressing issues.
