BAKU PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE SETS UP EMERGENCY HOTLINE
The samples of the collapsed building’s materials have been taken for further examination, Prosecutor of Baku city Aziz Seyidov has told journalists today.
“We are awaiting the answer. The office of prosecutor is also questioning the witnesses,” A. Seyidov said.
Prosecutor pointed out that the hotline was set up to answer emergency questions. The hotline is also available on the building collapse site. Prosecutors and investigators receive the citizens to study the questions they raise. If people provide information about the people trapped under the debris, relevant services immediately start searching for him. Three bodies that were brought out from under the rubble have not been identified yet.
Prosecutor said President Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order setting up a State Commission to investigate the case. Prosecutor has identified the circle of the accused. Their number may increase in the future. The investigation team is believed to complete its work shortly.
